This course travels along the Okura Dam lakeside. Why not stop off at Saihoji Temple, known as "Jogi Nyorai," and enjoy some of the foods of this temple town. There are moderate ups and downs in the section extending from the mountains to Jogi Nyorai, making it worth the trip despite its short distance. There are also two fascinating view points where you ride over bridges across the dam on the course. Trying "sankaku age (triangle-shaped fried tofu)," which is known as Jogi's local food, is highly recommended.
